Many of our products are available for web access or delivery via e-mail and customers can expect delivery within 1-2 business days from the time of the order. Delivery times vary depending upon availability and the location of the supplier in relation to the end-user.

If your subscription is terminated or you choose to stop using your subscription, the following will apply: if payment for the entire subscription period has been received in full, ResearchCMFE will be under no obligation to refund any part, or all, of the fees paid for the subscription; and if payment for the entire subscription period has not been received in full, you remain liable and responsible to pay your then current subscription in full.
Due to the easily transferable nature of the value of information products, ResearchCMFE maintains a "no return" and "no refund" policy. We encourage you to exhaust every opportunity to ensure a report meets your needs before placing an order. A table of contents and summary are available for all of our products, and samples of many reports can be accessed for free. Due to the confidential nature of the information contained in the market research reports, cancellation of orders cannot be accepted after the report has been delivered. Due to the nature of the information being sold, we unfortunately cannot accept returns of products once they have been delivered.
